Mission
Rising Tide Aquatics is a nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to swim education, water safety, and competitive swimming opportunities for children and families—particularly within underserved communities. Our mission is to save lives through high-quality learn-to-swim programming, remove financial barriers to participation, and create equitable pathways for swimmers of all backgrounds to reach their full potential—both in and out of the water.
Program Focus
Rising Tide Aquatics focuses on delivering impactful, community-based swim programming through grant funding, partnerships, and donor support. Our core initiatives include learn-to-swim programs, youth development, and community outreach designed to ensure every child has access to life-saving skills and opportunities in swimming.
Scholarships & Athlete Support
Rising Tide Aquatics provides financial assistance to young athletes who demonstrate commitment and potential but face economic barriers. Support may include competition fees, travel assistance, equipment, and program participation support.
Program Structure & Partnerships
Rising Tide Aquatics operates through a collaborative model, partnering with experienced swim professionals and organizations to deliver high-quality programming. Instruction and oversight are supported by Brackin Elite Swim Training (BEST), ensuring consistent coaching standards, structured curriculum, and safe learning environments.

Rising Tide Aquatics is committed to addressing the shortage of long course training facilities in the Greater Tampa Bay area through partnerships, grant funding, and community investment.

Rising Tide Swim Prep Program – Starts June 3rd
A 6-week small-group training program designed to prepare swimmers for their next journey. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for high school swim, this is the program for you!
